How We’re Different

What Makes Navigate Wellness Different?

It’s no secret that there’s a lot of options out there when it comes to your healthcare. It’s very easy to become overwhelmed with all of the choices. There’s so many things to consider, especially when you’re put in a place to determine the best healthcare options for your loved one.

We’re different from other health care agencies because we meet you where you are. Literally.

If you are in the ER, at home, at the office, or if you need us to be out in the community, that’s where we are. We are an effective merge of traditional and holistic healthcare with flexibility that allows us to be wherever you are, without reducing the quality of care our patients receive.

We’re also unique in that we work with and alongside your established providers. If you love your doctor, we work with them to provide you the best care. But, we think that you should love your nurses and your care managers in the exact same way. As your doctors change, whether you get sick, visit the emergency room, or whatever it is — that’s when you’ll want a team that knows you. You’ll want a trusted partner that can meet you wherever you are. A team that will come with you to doctor’s visits and can act as your advocate when it’s time to answer questions and make decisions based on your care. We’re here to help ensure that the decisions you make are the ones you want for the long-term. We’re here to help you not only get the most out of life, but make sure you have a say in what you want.

Having a team of consistent caregivers is how you can keep your independence and retain or gain a sense of stability during a tumultuous time. We’re there with that stability, we’re there with the plan, we’re there with the communication to help make sure that your needs are met.
